We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment through diligent inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. The Day-to-Day:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment by conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and evaluations to identify the root cause of issues.
• Disassemble machines, repair or replace broken parts, and adjust functional components of mechanical devices as needed.
• Clean and lubricate parts, order replacement components, inspect completed repairs, and return equipment to service.
• Adapt procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment to meet specific needs as required.
• Act as a resource to assist others in resolving complex problems and issues.
• Utilize basic hand tools and power tools effectively.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in machine maintenance.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical understanding of complex equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with machine tools.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repair techniques.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• Hourly wage ranging from $25.00 to $28.00.
• Two shift options:
• Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
